GARY ROSARD ARCHITECT

Based in Philadelphia & NJ
Gary Rosard Architect is a small design firm with a mission to create comfortable modern homes for clients seeking something different than the more traditional design common in our area. We guide our clients through every phase of the project and are highly involved with designing the home’s interiors, the places you actually live in everyday. This gives you an integrated design and the information you need to make the best decisions throughout the design process. We recognize that we are designing homes for people to live their lives in, so they must work well and be comfortable as well as beautiful. This means comfort from a functional as well as environmental aspect.
Our clients are our business, we want them to always feel like they have our dedication and that we have their best interest at heart. We want them to completely enjoy living in their well designed, carefully considered home.
